Open Question: I have a GPA 0f 2.6, what schools can I apply to in the east coast?

I live in California and I go to a public school. I have a GPA of about 2.6 and it is my dream to go to school in the east coast. I have dyslexia that I have overcome. What schools should I apply to. Do you think my dyslexia will help me get into schools that usually don't let in a person with my GPA? Some of the Colleges I could see myself attending are: University of Dnver, Hampshire College, Arizona State University, Bucknell University, Marymount, University of Seattle, University of Washington, University of Vermont, and University of Oregon.
