Open Question: How much Money for small Trip!?

So, Im thinking about taking a small road trip down the east coast. I live in Northern Vermont and would like to end up in SC and go over to TN.. would like to go for about 6 days and would be sleeping in my truck (Cap on bed with blow up mattress and lots of locks!)..
