The Tianjin People’s Park is one of the best family and couples parks in the busy city. It has a Peacock Garden, Kids Section and many water related sites. Its gates and walls are all constructed with elements of Chinese architecture.
Tianjin is one of the five Central Cities of China, and is a vibrant metropolis. Being highly urbanized and developed, this glamorous city is also rich in culture, displaying a vivid blend of both western and oriental cultures. The city is constantly bustling with activity and full of life and energy which gives it the atmosphere of a city that does not sleep.
Yet amidst all the urban chaos of this metropolis there are certain places which offer total comfort and solitude away from the busy streets, creating a contrasting atmosphere. One of these places is the Tianjin People’s Park.
The Tianjin People’s Park is not the most glamorous or fanciest park in the city, yet it is among the most blissful and peaceful parks in China. Its grandly designed gates and walls are all constructed with elements of Chinese architecture, giving the impression of the park almost being some sort of ancient mythical land. Being free to the public, the park is one of the loveliest green pastures in this highly urbanized city and is also an excellent spot for couples and families. The North section of the park is dedicated to the kids, equipped with Play Areas, Recreational Facilities and Games Machines making it an extremely fun spot for all children. The South section is known for its animal viewing area, while the West section is famous for its many soothing water related sites. The Peacock Garden, located in the West section of the park, is elegantly designed in the Dai architectural style and has several beautiful peacocks freely roaming about. This park is ideal for couples to spend a relaxing evening catching up, amidst the green lawns and shady trees away from the bustle of the city. Families can have a fun filled and relaxing break from their worries at this lovely park, making it one the best and most peaceful and serene places in the city.
